Elite Performance is an outstanding shop with awesome people and a level of attention to detail that truly sets it apart. The staff is very helpful, super friendly, welcoming, honest, and easy. Customer service is exceptional, with technical things explained very well. It is a pleasant experience every time. The shop provides a wide range of services including alignments, diagnostics, parts installation like clutches and coilovers, height adjustments, brake fluid flushes, and tire mounting. They are quick and their work is amazing. The attention to detail is immaculate and spot on, treating cars with great care. They take extremely good care of wheels, avoiding scratches, and ensure work is done exactly to a customer's wanting. Vehicles drive wonderfully afterward. Pricing is very fair, competitive, and more than reasonable. They do not try to upsell on anything that isn't needed and charge competitive all-in-one prices. They are able to get parts faster than anyone else and respond right away. It is comforting to know the team races cars themselves, and many performance vehicles trust them to do work. I was in a time crunch to find and mount tires between track days. Elite had the tires I needed in stock and were able to get me in to get them mounted within a week. Great service, will be going back for more track prep work
