“I stopped in to ask a question about replacing the grille on my 2015 BMW as it had come with the 3 colored grille stripes which I didn't like. I had purchased new black ones and wanted them switched out. Dennis looked at my colored striped grille and said that the colors were just pop-off covers which I wasn't aware. He popped them off and didn't charge me anything for that. I thought it would be a whole production. He was very pleasant and professional, and I am very pleased with his level of customer service. I will definitely be back to see him when the occasion rises.”

“Yelpers, it is very rare these days to find a body shop where the owner ( Larry Wu) takes so much pride in the workmanship and customer satisfaction! Larry knew I was particular and looking for quality in the work and price was not my only consideration. Larry assured me he would take very good care of my car and did Larry come through! A work that should have taken only 4 days ended up being about 10 days Larry literally refuse to release the car until he was 100% satisfied with the results! Larry is that rare bird/breed! I happen to needed a few " touchup" on one of my Lexus and Larry was referred to me from a few good friends from the Tesla club in the SF Bay Area.
