OMG!!! I am totally in love with this amazing ring that you guys in collaboration with my husband created for me. It is even more beautiful than I anticipated and I can’t stop staring at it!!

You guys are all so good with secrets….lol!! There I was thinking it was coming on Saturday and he had it already! He surprised me with a beautiful dinner with friends and family, a heartfelt poem, a cake and the most delicious ring a woman could ever ask for!! I just want to thank you all for the heart that you put into creating it.

Believe it or not we did not get a great picture of the two of us with the ring in all of the excitement, but we will go to dinner this weekend just the two of us and take pictures to forward to you.

“Absolutely amazing customer service and selection!

I took a watch in today to get resized. It’s a Breitling Navitimer with a notoriously difficult bracelet to adjust. I had taken it to a jeweler in San Francisco, Elite Fine Jewelry, who took 5 days to adjust my watch. And didn’t do it correctly. They said the half links could not be removed. Leaving me with a slightly too large watch.

I was in Burlingame and decided to see if Topper could assist. When I walked into the stor I was warming greeted, offered a beverage, and introduced to an associate (I’m terrible with names and can’t remember hers) who could assist me. We confirmed that I needed a half link removed which the associate said would not be a problem. 5-10 minutes later the watch was back on my wrist with the half link removed!

Topper earned a future customer in me when I’m ready to make my next purchase. If you’re in the market for a new watch, I can not recommend them enough!”

While the store owner, Konstantin, doesn't even typically work with silver jewelry per se, he went out of his way to accommodate my request for a more than reasonable fee.
