“My husband promised me an upgrade of my ring, and the first place I turned into for options was the Internet because it’s easy and quick. Unfortunately, that research is hard to do when you can’t see the merchandise in person, you don’t know anyone personally that has shopped there, and you’re not an expert in jewelry.
My original engagement ring and wedding bands were purchased at Kay Jewelers. I stopped into the mall just to see if I could try on a center Stone of the size that I wanted so I could get a visual on my finger. The fancy cut had a very obvious bowtie, and the ratio of the band to the stone made it look like a cheap piece of costume jewelry.
In my quest to find the best (and last upgrade) I brought me to Bonnie’s YouTube channel. I watched almost every video on my daily date with my treadmill. Through her channel, I learned a great deal about all things diamonds, I saw a bunch of new styles that had not seen before, and I was 100% convinced that craftsmanship does make all of the difference when you are selecting high-end pieces of jewelry… Especially ones you wear every single day.
After having video calls with a few other online retailers, I scheduled a call with Bonnie‘s team and with Bonnie. I was convinced that the only place that I would buy something like this online from was By Bonnie. They made my ring by hand, and the statement, “good things come to those who wait” was never truer than in this instance.
The tailored customer service was also very responsive and personal. They took the shape and length of my fingers into consideration when giving recommendations on the width of the band and the ratio of the center stone. Most places would not be able to give that kind of advice, but Bonnie is a master at curation and dedication to creating the most unique and stunning pieces.
When I received the piece, I was practically speechless. I have never seen another ring like mine in person. It’s a showstopper! If you come from a smaller area like I do where custom jewelry stores don’t really exist, you need to contact Bonnie’s team. They can show you things that your local jewelers will likely not have access to. I guarantee that you will love whatever it is that they design for you!!”

“Went in this hidden gem as usual for every HMB visit. The sweet lady working was so kind and friendly. My hubby found this 3D butterfly magnet which the lighting in my pic does it a horrible injustice. We also found this ceramic fish which we put in our kittys water bowl and they love it!! There are little odds and ends for our fur babies and for kids and even for adults. A true gift shop. We plan this as one of our HMB stops and prepare to at the least spend $10. It's a must so we highly recommend ❤️”
