Saturday, 9am - After being open for a half hour, money orders cannot be sold because the manager has not shown up for work to unlock them for sale. The employee was quick to apologize and explain that Primrose is not her station and the manager is from the distribution centre on Rollins Rd. It doesn't excuse the manager for not being in her job when she's supposed to, minus an emergency.

My first time here and it was one of the worst ones I’ve ever had at a post office. The customer before me was being scolded for not doing things how he preferred and proceeded to get attitude from the woman who was helping him. Then, the man helping me told me their printer wasn’t working for QR code drop offs-I get that can happen, but that’s never been an issue before at any ither post office. Seemed like an excuse. And despite my previous labels being faded and illegible, he said he wouldn’t be able to take my package anyways bc I have to completely remove it. I’ll be going back to my usual post office after this.

I've definitely had bad experiences at post offices: long lines, rude/impatient staff, random fees etc. This time was a lot different. I was trying to intercept a package before it was returned to sender for insufficient address(my fault). Raymundo was able to identify that the package was moved to a facility nearby to be sent back and he made a call for me. He found someone who was able to connect me with my package and was overall super helpful. Shoutout to my guy for the excellent work.

I’ve been visiting the United States Post Office on Primrose Road in Burlingame since 2013, and I want to take a moment to recognize Robert, one of the outstanding service employees. Over the years, Robert has consistently been courteous, genuine, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. No matter how busy or stressful the day might seem, he always provides excellent service with professionalism and a kind demeanor.
It’s clear to me that employees like Robert are the backbone of the post office, and I truly appreciate his hard work and dedication. The USPS and its employees don’t get nearly enough credit for everything they do, but I want to say a heartfelt thank you to Robert and the entire team for keeping everything running smoothly for the community.

They got to my appointment 1:30 hrs late and were extremely picky about how I filled my forms. Made me re-do them twice simply because they wanted blue over black pen. Slowest and incompetent workers (cough Robert) I have ever seen.

Staff not helpful at all. I had to go in twice with the same package, they still couldn’t help me. First time they couldn’t help with a little tape, staff said “people used to take advantage of their tape so now I have to buy tape”. I have to take a third trip because they cannot help with basic things that a post office is supposed to do.

Re:Service at 329 Primrose Avenue, Burlingame CA 94010 is excellent, professional and friendly. I was greeted with "Good Morning" and an apology for the wait which was at most 5 minutes. The man that helped me was immediately able to locate my package and I was on my way.

Worst USPS service messing up my passport delivery that contains a visa for my important business trip. Extremely irresponsible. Couldn’t reach out to the supervisor and the staff doesn’t assist me at all.

I showed up with my family of 4 for a passport application appointment. Unfortunately, I was not as prepared as I thought I was. Thankfully, Robery was patient enough to help us, and fast enough to get all our paperwork through without us having to come back. Thank you Robert for the exceptional service.

Oh my God. The black woman that works here is horrible. I’ve actually witnessed her yelling at customers and being very condescending. Postmaster…if you are reading this, please do something about this miserable beeotch. ??
