They are never open when they are supposed to be and even though I had a change of address of address to Byron which uses p o boxes there are still postal workers that send my mail back and there is always some excuse like the post master general doesn’t have a say

It's so nice that every time I come when Diane is there I know I'm going to get a smile, genuine kindness and very helpful! I will not come in there unless I know she's there because she's the ONLY friendly person that doesn't act put out!

So the post office supposedly closes at 2pm on Saturday, and I get there at 1:40pm. The lobby is locked, and no one is inside.
