It's so nice that every time I come when Diane is there I know I'm going to get a smile, genuine kindness and very helpful! I will not come in there unless I know she's there because she's the ONLY friendly person that doesn't act put out!

So the post office supposedly closes at 2pm on Saturday, and I get there at 1:40pm. The lobby is locked, and no one is inside.

First off their lunch is from 1p to 1:45p, I don't have a problem with that except they won't fix their website to show the correct time. I told the lady & her reply was, well it's been that way forever. Seriously? Lady, I can barely remember my kids lunch time you want me to remember yours? Super rude!

I didn't get the guys name but I called about a package that was waiting there to be delivered to my home. Since I saw it hadn't been sent out for delivery yet I called in to see if I could just pick up the item. He hung up on accident but I called back and he apologized. He spent awhile looking for my package but couldn't find it and he asked for the tracking code. I gave it to him but the website was down and he even tried on his phone too ( I double checked later in the day to see if he was telling the truth and he was the USPS website was down). He told me he would call me back once the mailer got back. The guy gave A+ customer service. This is super rare especially in the Bay Area. He was nothing but pleasant and polite. I've had issues with the location in Discovery Bay relating to customer service. Go to the Byron location instead a lot nicer.
