“Dear TAG Heuer Team, I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at the TAG Heuer Cabazon Outlet and, most importantly, give a special thank you to John and Kevin. I’m 19 years old and currently visiting the United States with my family on a road trip from the UK. For quite some time, I’ve been interested in TAG Heuer watches and have visited various TAG Heuer stores back home in the UK, as well as several stores during our trip across the US. Each time, I’ve mainly been looking at the watches and dreaming about the day I could finally own one myself. When we visited the Cabazon Outlet, John welcomed me into the store and took the time to show me the different watches and explain the options available, including the F1 partnered watches. John and Kevin were both incredibly welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, and they made the whole experience feel genuinely special. After looking around, I finally decided to purchase an Aquaracer — my very first TAG Heuer. Walking out of the store at just 19 years old with my first TAG Heuer is a milestone I’ll never forget, and I’m extremely grateful to my family and to John and Kevin for helping make that moment possible. Having visited multiple TAG Heuer stores in both the UK and the US, I can honestly say that John and Kevin made this particular visit stand out. Their customer service and the way they looked after me made the purchase feel much more personal than simply buying a watch. I wanted to make sure their efforts were recognised and hope you can pass on my sincere thanks to both of them. They represented TAG Heuer brilliantly, and I believe they deserve to be praised for the excellent customer service they provided.
