βOverall, we had a good experience here. Tried on a few different styles of jeans and jean shorts. Their sizing has definitely changed in recent years. Larger sizes with smaller size tags attached, A.K.A. vanity sizing. It used to be that I took a 25/26 and I walked out purchasing a size 23??? I was shopping with someone who recently lost a lot of weight due to some medical issues, and they couldn't find anything to fit. The store had mostly large sizes. We didn't have any issues with the people working here and the store was very nicely organized; seemed clean. I think they need to have a better variety of sizes.β
βGreat staff; very attentive. Love the product made in Maine USA and Italy; not in the sweat shops in China with child labor. To my knowledge, this shop and New Balance are mostly USA; unlike other men's and women's footwear. Sketcher brand is about the same price range and made in China and Tialand, and Vietnam by little children; yikes.β
βVery much enjoyed the help from the worker hector. He was very patient with my boyfriend and I. It was our first time shopping at journeys so we were very confused but he took his time to explain things to us. He had great recommendations about shoes and was very polite. Hector was also very knowledgeable about shoes. My experience here was definitely a 10/10 because of hector!β

βthe gentleman that seemed like the manager on duty (didnβt catch his name) was SUPER helpful and nice. iβm a big overthinker and he helped me try on a bunch of different styles of shoes and clearly knew a ton about which colorways came in which sizes/styles, etc. super appreciative!! everybody else on staff was equally kind and helpful :)β

βI visited on November 18th around 6 PM, and the amazing experience started the moment they brought water for my dog. They kept checking in to see if I needed anything, and even searched through the storage multiple times to find the exact boxes we were looking for. Every single staff member was genuinely kind. This place is simply the best.β

βI wasnβt planning on buying anything I just went because my partner wanted to check it out. I ended up finding a jacket I liked but they didnβt have any in my size on display. We went up to the register and asked the associate/manager at the register if they had my size in the store. He was super helpful, he went to the back to look for it and was happy to do it. Although he was the manager he went himself to look for it. Great customer service. He was very friendly and making conversation with us. I was very impressed with this store. His name was Chris.β
βThis is a quiet, clean store. Plenty of what you're looking for although we didn't find the Men's thong/sandals we were looking for....since it's almost desert we expected them to still carry them even with the season changing.β
βGood spot with a wide selection of Converse. I called to have some shoes put on hold and showed up about 30 minutes later. Unfortunately, the staff member had forgotten to put them at the front or got distracted. Not a huge deal since they had others in stock, but small details that make a review go from 5 to 4 stars. Prices were reasonable, store was clean, and staff was very nice.β

βThe staff at this Tilly's outlet are friendly and helpful. We stopped in to checkout some sweatshirts and graphic T shirts and they had a wide selection, along with 5 changing rooms in the back. The prices are fairly reasonable and reflect outlet ranges for clothing, and checkout was smooth with two staff members working when we stepped up to pay. If you sign up for points (gotta provide an email), you can get an additional 15% off purchase so we ended up getting a sweatshirt for 30% off plus the extra 15% off. Not bad! You can return to any Tilly's location too if you have any issue with the item. ----TL;DR----Pros: helpful and friendly staff, convenient parking, selection is huge, several changing rooms, good prices on par with outlet levelCons: noneBottom Line: if you're here at the outlet, it's definitely worth a look if you find something you likeβ
βThis store is located in Cabazon. They have a large variety of leather goods, shoes, and a good selection of discounted clothing. I have been in the store several times and have found the customer service to be prompt and efficient. The salesperson was very helpful, once we told her what style we like, she suggested several great pieces. All in all, this is a great place to get quality Bally purses and clothes for a great price....We saved over $500 on a bag and another $100 on a pair of shoes.β

βAsk for Gabriel if you are shopping Vince at the Cabazon Outlets. Gabriel has been taking care of me for the past two years, which has been an incredible delight. The fact that we shop remotely via text is the finest part of all. Gabriel texts me pictures, and his sense of style is impeccable. Friends and relatives are often complimenting the outfits he chooses for me, and I am sure this is true for all his clients. Working with Gabriel is also wonderful since he can place orders through Vince.com and send me current-season main line merchandise. Gabriel makes shopping with Vince fun.β

βBasically itβs a highly recommended outlet shopping mall in the West Coast.
Comparative brand discounts almost always start from 30% off, especially The northface brand snow clothing discounts are quite impressive. However, if you are moving large luggage, you must pay attention. There are no paid lockers and no storage center, so you need to pay special attention.β

βGood sales going on, I just didn't like the guy that greeted us and asked of we were looking for something in particular. I said no, then proceeded to follow us. Then he looked at us with an annoyed face and we felt watched as we kept browsing through the store. We left and followed us to the door with his same annoyed look on his face.β
βWe really like this puma location. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They have sales and all sizes not like the nike store where you find no sales and xs and small sizes. They have a huge selection of shoes. Items for the entire family. We will definitely continue coming here. Thank you and we appreciate your staffs hard work.β

βStumbled into this place by accident. Was curious to see if it was the same company I followed on IG. It was. The general manager (Jeffrey S.), the sales staff (Eric O.) all were so 5 stars! The manager gave me a huge tip to the BEST ITALIAN FOOD OF MY LIFE! And I have had what I thought was good italian in Italy, Newport Beach, etc. Now back to Tod's. They have a great selection of shoes / bags. I was in there searching for Navy Blue shoes, dressy businessy. - Found just that in the form of Suede Pumps with a manageable heel - They even spray it for you - Then found a couple of beautiful slides / mules - made me super happy - The mark downs on price was a huge plus Had I walked in 10 min prior, I would have been inclined to purchase their bags too. - Now I know! Service was so stellar. Friendly, kind, attentive. They did the coolest favor for me... they allowed me to keep my purchases with them while I did my last final round of shopping. - Saved my arms all the weight of the bags - This was super thoughtful and considerate LOVE THIS PLACE! Gotta return for repeat visits for sure!β
βValerie and the other team member in store today on July 3 were absolutely fantastic. I went into multiple other stores and was met with a lot of hostility, she was incredibly kind to me helped me find the perfect party dress and also shoes. I went in pretty much every other luxury store in the outlet mall and Balmain by far has the best selections.β
βI had an amazing experience at Neiman Marcus Last Call. From the time I entered Ms Shailah was intensive to my interests from start to finish. I really appreciated that she didnβt make me feel pressured to purchase any of the shoe selections. She allowed me time to look myself and make my own choices without discouraging me to purchase any higher priced shoes. βThe employees were super helpful and very friendly. Even though I went last minute they told me about their sale and told me that everything on clearance was 70% off so I quickly picked out three more shoes and it was so worth it I spent 35 dollars on three pairs of shoes and the two girls there for closing were very sweet. I wish I remembered their names.β

βThe vibe was nice, I was greeted right when I came in and I was helped immediately. When I returned my item everything was explained to me about the store credit, and when I asked for a specific type of shoe the girl at the register help me out and walk me through the store to show me some examples of what I had asked for. Later on I found some shoes in the infant aisle and another employee asked me if I needed a specific size cuz they saw me looking at the shoes to compare them. I told her what I needed and she found them for me. Everything about my experience there was great and I love the customer service and the attentiveness.β
