I had no intentions whatsoever to buy a Rolex watch on that day, but he definitely got me a special watch "can't say what it is" to take with me home :) I felt no pressure at all and he is really professional and well educated about Rolex watches. “It's a small shop but the customer service I've gotten both times I've went was above and beyond. The items are a little pricey, but the quality of the items I purchased was worth it. The staff both times were extremely helpful when I wanted to purchase an online gift card. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to support smaller businesses and get away from the giant retailers of the world.”
