“This place is awesome! They are next door to the optometrist I go to and have been there forever. I had never been inside until today when I needed some help shipping something internationally. The girl helping me was named Kayla (?) and she was a doll. So helpful, patient and helped find the most affordable option to mail my package. I saved a ton of money this was one errand I had been putting off doing for several weeks. With her help it was taken care of in just about 15 minutes. I would definitely go back there again. I’ve been coming to this location for over three years to drop off eBay items I’ve sold, and I’ve consistently had positive experiences—but this recent visit truly stood out.
After two failed attempts at other shipping stores—one of which damaged the packaging of my item—I arrived frustrated and unsure if I’d be able to ship it properly. Employee #184085 immediately took initiative. Despite a line forming behind me, she remained calm and focused, carefully measuring the item and testing two different box sizes to ensure the perfect fit.
