My vehicle was stolen and later recovered by the police, who called Calexico Towing Service to handle the tow. From the very first phone call, their entire team was helpful, professional, and kind. I live over 12 hours away from where the vehicle was recovered, and they went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle released without having to travel.
I spoke to several staff members throughout the process, and every single one of them was courteous and patient. Eventually, I connected with Pablo, the owner, and he truly went out of his way to help. He understood how stressful the situation was and took it upon himself to help coordinate everything, including working with the police and guiding me on how to get notarized documents submitted so the vehicle could be released to my insurance company.
This was something my own insurance company completely dropped the ball on — they expected me to fly down in person just to sign paperwork. Pablo made sure that didn’t have to happen. He made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m incredibly grateful.
