“Tracy helped me with my passport and she was so nice and helpful even letting me see my photo to approve it. The other workers seemed nice too. It was a relaxed environment.
Tip: make an appointment for passports! They will still take walk ins but they mentioned they get average of 20 people a day for passports and there was two people waiting after me already for passports. It’s much faster with an appointment and filling out the application before hand. You can print it online”

He is friendly, helpful, professional and patient. When I was frightened by a confused, possibly mentally ill male customer, I witnessed the helpful, patient staff member handle the situation well and offer help to the young man - no judgement. I was impressed and grateful to have the staff of this post office serve me and others.”
