“I've had a few packages mailed through here and I got my passport done. The workers have always been very helpful and patient, especially when I've been unsure about the process/what I need to do to mail a package!”
“I love this place Sherryl Lynn I think her name is a sweetheart and always willing to help. Only thing I wish is for the post office to hire more workers. I would highly recommend going there anytime before 3pm after 3pm it gets very crowded. Overall my go to post office”

“Been to this little post office to mail out packages, small mail, get stamps, verify identity, etc. And the guy that works there is incredibly helpful. I usually go when it's less busy, but he has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Appreciate this little location.”

“I’m so glad for this postal service! I have been having trouble changing address for my baby as she is no longer a minor and has no proof of address. The gentleman that helped us out was his day off and he went above and beyond to help us with this matter. I am so grateful for people like him that value their work and deliver great service! “Such a beautiful old historic building. I went in the other day asking for a change of address. The attendant said there were no change of address forms. He completely forgot to mention it was possible to do it online. ? I got the feeling...(I might be wrong) he was just among excuses and really didn't care. Because the USPS attendant smirked. I prefer going to UPS store...whether they don't smirk.”

“Tracy helped me with my passport and she was so nice and helpful even letting me see my photo to approve it. The other workers seemed nice too. It was a relaxed environment.
Tip: make an appointment for passports! They will still take walk ins but they mentioned they get average of 20 people a day for passports and there was two people waiting after me already for passports. It’s much faster with an appointment and filling out the application before hand. You can print it online”
“Calimesa post office has excellent staff that understands the importance of customer service. Sisi is the best, but do not underestimate the gentleman there at counter. He is friendly, helpful, professional and patient. When I was frightened by a confused, possibly mentally ill male customer, I witnessed the helpful, patient staff member handle the situation well and offer help to the young man - no judgement. I was impressed and grateful to have the staff of this post office serve me and others.”

“I want to recognize Rosa Lef, the supervisor at this post office, for going above and beyond to help me.
Yesterday, I used the kiosk to print a shipping label, but the kiosk malfunctioned and never printed my label. The system showed that my package had been shipped even though I never received the label or mailed the package. I came back today looking for answers. Although the main lobby was closed, the kiosks were still open, and Rosa was working on fixing one of them. When I explained what happened, she immediately took the time to help me. She went to the back and brought out a stack of labels that had been stuck in the kiosk from the previous day. She had found them while repairing the machine, and my label was among them.
Rosa was incredibly kind, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to resolve my issue. She turned what could have been a very frustrating situation into a positive experience. Excellent customer service like hers deserves recognition. Thank you, Rosa, for your dedication and for helping me when you easily could have said the lobby was closed.”
“I've been coming here for 6 years, 2-3 times a week and never once had any issues. The staff has always been real friendly and helpful despite rude customers. They tend to be the ones that came unprepared so of course it's the employees fault. ? Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt.”

“Went here for passport updates with family and staff was SUPER helpful and kind. I know, I know . . . service at Post Offices is usually like the DMV, but not at this location, which is why I'm writing this review. We had a great experience and I would recommend this location to anyone. The cherry on top is the cool Post Office museum and the building itself is quite historical.”
