“OMIGOSH, hands down this Veterinarian Place is THE best! I travel clear from Palm Springs (45 minute drive) just to be in "good (well, excellent) hands" -- and to SAVE MONEY. The Vets in the Desert area are completely OUTRAGEOUS with their prices. HORRIBLE. It's shameful, really. At Beaumont Animal Hospital (BAH) you can FEEL the positive vibes. It spills out thru Veronica, the nurse, and Delores, who's at the front desk. They are welcoming, friendly, and efficient. .....And last but NOT LEAST, DR. MAX DIAZ is FABULOUS! He's smart, patient, empathetic, listens, and has a GREAT bedside manner. As soon as he walked into the room, his charm and his energy just exudes from this man. Want your pet to have the best care and REASONABLE RATES, run to BAH.”
“First time visiting Adobe Vet Clinic. I am very happy with the staff, the doctor. They are so friendly and helpful. I know my puppies are in good hands. I had called to schedule an appointment, but they were completely booked, they advised me to call back to check if they had a cancelation for the day I waas available to take my babies. I received a call back two days later to let me know they had a cancelation and could get us in. They treated my babies like their own I amSo appy with them.”

“I’ve had to euthanize 3 of my pets thru out my life. It’s one of the worst things I’ve ever experienced as an animal lover. My most recent time was not even 3 weeks ago - Nov 15 2023. I’ve gone to 3 different places for this service and even more places for regular vet appointments. I feel my experience here at Highland Village Pet Hospital should be shared since I’m able to compare it to other pet hospitals. I’m pretty neutral on the other places. They provided a service and it wasn’t bad. But HVPH stands out to me as the best pet hospital around bc of how completely and extremely compassionate, caring and gentle they were with me and my cat. My 15 yo cat that I had since she was an itty bitty bobble head kitten was suffering and it was time to say goodbye. Everyone in the HVPH was soooo amazing. Just the best of the best, from the actual Dr to all of the staff. I’m forever grateful and appreciative for their sweet soft caring voices and them immediately fitting me in bc I was an emergency situation n didn’t have an appointment. And one of my most favorite memories I’ll always treasure is watching the dr’s hands have the most gentlest touch I’ve ever seen with an animal. He was so extraordinarily gentle and so poised and so calm the whole time. It brings tears to my eyes everytime bc I couldn’t have asked for a more caring Dr during this horrible time. He even gave me a hug. The staff explained everything so sweetly to me. Gave me all the time I needed. And even made an ink print of her paw and wrote the sweetest note from everyone at the HVPH. They did everything that any pet hospital would / should do but it was at such an exceptional level. They truly set the bar for every other pet hospital with how incredible they were with me and my foxy girl.I’ve had many appointments at HVPH over the years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Appointments dont always stay on time but I don’t fault them for that bc they’re only running behind bc they’re giving every animal the care it deserves. The dr’s gentle touch with my baby and watching him talk so sweetly to her, letting her know she doesn’t have to fear him is what stands out the most for me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“On Friday night I went to Petco in Redlands. Our reason was to purchase my daughter's first pet. I am very grateful for Justin. He was very knowledgeable, professional and nice. I would definitely recommend Petco in Redlands to everyone!”
“Green Valley has wonderful staff including a few different vets. They are compassionate and caring and have helped me with the good and the bad. My elderly cat got catastrophically sick and unable to walk last summer and they helped with many solutions, and when her age kept her from recovering, the staff were very kind through the sad decision I had to make and I was able to spend as much time as I needed to say goodbye and love on my sweet girl. Opposite end of the spectrum, in my elderly cat's honor I adopted a few new loves, and Green Valley just spayed my 6 month old rescue cat. Very helpful staff and the vet took time discussing how my kitty did thru the procedure and the care she needs at home. Green Valley is the sister vet hospital to Oak Glen Animal Hospital. I highly recommend both and they each may handle different procedures from the other, so do check them out!! Thanks Green Valley!!”

“I love coming to Petco. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the products and services. Great prices, and if you have the Petco App, you can save lots of money.The only downfall are the lines backing up. I think Petco needs to have 1 more cashier or make sure the staff responds rapidly to any lines backing up.”
