He gives solid advice, great recommendations, and has never had an issue ordering me whatever I need if he doesn’t have it in stock (which is rare), they have a fantastic selection, And the same goes for Miranda, We also utilize their delivery service which is beyond helpful when I can’t get to the store. Miranda is very friendly and when either of them deliver they are very consistent and everything is packaged great and left in a convenient spot. When my dog, Maple, passed away, the staff mailed me a handwritten letter signed by all the staff. It had my husband and I in tears as she was my soul dog. Unfortunately, there was nothing anyone could do to save her. But in the time she was alive, I had full faith that she was in great hands. The vet also had a dog with Cushings Disease so she understood the complexities.
I have a very difficult senior rescue dog, Bobby, that came to me traumatized. Not only does everyone treat him with love and care, but he even has a favorite vet tech, Lyna. I love seeing Melanie too! She always makes us feel comfortable. They're also the ONLY people that he will allow to trim his nails.
I trust them not only with my pack, but I also bring some of the dogs I rescue here too.”

“Very helpful folks. Although I didn't find what I was looking for. I suggest selling timothy hay, alfalfa, orchard grass pillows (large bags the size of a pillow less than 5 lbs) for customers that have small animals in the area at an affordable price. It should bring in customers like me that can't fit a bale or half bale of hay.”
