“Fantastic customer service! My husband and I were in town for a few days. We were honestly just window shopping before wine tasting and weren’t looking to make any purchases. It just so happened that on our drive to Napa, my husband’s (custom made) wedding band lost a jewel when one of the prongs broke off. We didn’t know at what point the prong had broken and weren’t able to find the jewel. It had a lot of sentimental value to us because the jewel was taken off of a necklace of mine and so matched perfectly, I wore it on our wedding day…you can imagine the attachment to it. Anyhow, we got to talking to Sam, the owner, and he said he might have a jewel of the same cut, size and color and be able to fix the ring for us that same day. He put in a call, found the jewel, made the repair and recoated the ring so it looked brand new. It looks better than it ever did! Sam did such an amazing job, he was so friendly and helpful and he communicated with us the whole time. What a blessing we happened to wander into his shop. We ended up also purchasing a pair of earrings and a beautiful necklace. Thank you, Sam! We could not be happier.”

Another member of my wife's family purchased a gorgeous diamond ring here -- extraordinary size and quality -- and she is very happy with it and continues to shop here. Conveniently located within the Plaza Mall in Santa Rosa. Wait until you see the huge selection of hats! Cowboy hats, this is! The really cool ones that John Wayne used to wear. And Mexican cowboys who actually work on the range, rounding up horses with a lasso. They also wear them. And I've seen them being worn by bands that are usually like at least 13 people deep, and they all dress the same and play tons of instruments. How fun! You can actually rent out a band like this for any party you may be throwing. It's a great way to show everyone how festive you really are. And you can basically get anything you need for the party at Arte Mexicano. I love the keychains myself. And the boots. Leather boots. Cowboy style. To go with the hat. Now you have to master the Mexican apparel attitude, and you are basically living a brand new life, hermano. A fiestar! En Mexico!”

“I love jewelry, I'm guilty. While I don't buy a lot of fine jewelry I can say that the pieces I end up buying costume or fine I like to be unique and special. This sweet shop offers vintage pieces that fit just that desire for me. I've purchased two pieces recently and the shop is always friendly, helpful, and full delights. When I bought my ring it was on lay away which they are willing to do which is nice to help make a piece be yours. Of course you don't take it home until it is paid off but that's to be expected. There's not much else to say except it's important to support small business. Buy local. She mentioned as I was paying today that business has been slow. I guess it's to be expected considering jewelry is hardly a necessity during this challenging past year but remember - it's OK to treat yourself or someone you love. Pretty things are fun!”
