“I came here specifically for a car wash. My Tesla was extremely dirty and the white paint looked brown after having to drive through mud. These guys did a wonderful job cleaning my car and I couldn't be happier. The price is extremely fair for a full service wash and they also offer more detailed services. All in all a wonderful experience and I will be back!”

“It's a quick Car Wash that you drive into & sit inside your vehicle. You can pay for a single Wash or get the Unlimited Wash. There is an attendant waiting when you drive up, to give you a car freshener, car wipes & little trash bags if you want them. The only time you get out of your car, is if you are done with the wash & park to vacuum your car. Whether you want to vacuum your car or not, it's included & you vacuum your car yourself. I signed up for the unlimited car washes. With the Unlimited Wash you get a barcode that the Car Wash recognizes & lets you in. There's different choices & prices. What I like, is that there are other Waterdrop locations that I can also go to & get my car washed. Note: It will automatically deduct from the form of payment you provided, monthly. So keep that in mind.Tips:- Bring a car towel/rags Bec the dryer doesn't dry your car thoroughly- Find Vacuums on both sides when you're parked - There's also air hoses which is handy getting water out from the creases & side mirrors - Trash & Recycle Bins located throughout”

“Took our daughter's Subaru Outback for a much needed car wash and vacuuming. We chose the Full Service package for $24.99 and received great service and attention to detail. We were expecting just quick wash and vacuum, but were pleasantly surprised the gentleman took extra time in cleaning the windows and interior. Happy with the end results that I had to take a picture!”

“Great wash no water spots as I get at the Costco car wash. I wouldn't use those brushes on a car unless you want scratches. My first time there the other day. If you could better explain how many minutes for X tokens / dollars it would make the process easier to understand? I did credit card. It would be nice to get a text or email advising of the total charge instead of just on the screen that goes away.”

They have done a good job washing and waxing our cars, and we have been happy with their service. There is a nice shady outside area to wait while the car is being finished. We have been very happy with the excellent service.”

“I can’t say for everyone else’s experience but mine wasn’t bad. In desperate need to a detailing on my car , I came here and they do a mini detail for my SUV for $159 which included shampooing seats and carpets. It wasn’t perfect (like my cup holders weren’t cleaned out? And they forgot to give me back one of my floor mats and I had to come back the next week for it). But my car was sparkling afterwards!”

“Good wash but better when it was 100% hand wash only. The machines do a more rough job than very clean. the difference is in the interior vacuuming and good attention to detail. They discern garbage from valuables well. I enjoy the 20 minute wait outside in the cool Camarillo weather with a coffee and my dog while they take care of my car on Sunday. No one has stolen anything from my car in the 20 years I have been coming here. I recommend a good tip to the workers as they're the backbone of the place.”

“This is also the Ponderosa Car Wash at the Chevron. It popped up on a google search while I was looking for a full service car wash. My beloved German shepherd isn't doing too well and after a lengthy and intrusive vet visit, he shat all over the back of my car. While I scrubbed and cleaned up what I could , my SUV was still in need of a good scrubbing and I could not for the life of me find a detailing place that could take me same day. This place offers a mini detail for $159 which includes shampooing of seats and carpet. 3 hours later my car was sparkling and fresh! It wasn't perfect (like they didn't clean inside my cup holders?) but the rest of the car got a major scrub down and I was happy.”
