“They gave me an initial estimate for the cost of the job. An hour later, they come and said, “All done, you’re good to go.” The repair was so minor, they did it for the cost of the estimate. As I was leaving, I told them, as I’m telling you here, “I’ll be recommending you guys highly!” I checked “WIPER BLADE INSTALLATION” below, but they actually worked on the wiper fluid reservoir looking for a leak.”

“The Big Brand Tire and Service guys in Camarillo are thorough! I came in for an oil change but they promptly brought other issues of concern to my attention. I appreciate the prompt service. Initially, Tommy took photos of my tires and advised me of wear to the front tires that I did not realize. Tires were rotated and I will replace all four at my next oil change with Big Brand. A full discussion ensued which helped me to understand my options and the cost. An engine air filter needed replacing and replacement of the cabin air filter was recommended. “Great shop. I had a leak in my Mercedes E550 radiator that needed to be replaced. They were able to do it same day for much less than any of their competitors. They also did other diagnostics and found no other problems. Such quality, honesty, thoroghness, speed of service, and completeness are very rare. I wish I could give them more stars. Oh, and I had to drive to Phoenix the next day. The car ran cool despite the long drive and 103F outdoor temperatures. Excellent work!”

Sorry, this is going to be a little long:
A little over a year ago, I had my windshield replaced at a different shop. When I got my car back, my AEB and LDW systems no longer worked. The mechanic there told me my car’s sensors failed calibration and there was nothing he could do.
Over the past year, I took my car to several different shops, including Caliber Collision, Safelite, and Protech, but none of them could get the sensors to calibrate. I was about to give up and take it to the dealership, knowing they were probably going to charge me an arm and a leg.
Thankfully, a friend suggested I try 1st Choice Auto Glass first. They were incredibly accommodating and let me drop my car off the same day I called. The next morning, Holly texted me to let me know they'd be working on my car throughout the day and would keep me updated, and she absolutely did.
Before the end of the day, Holly texted me with the best news: they had successfully calibrated my sensors! When I picked up my car, they took the time to explain exactly what had been wrong, what they did to fix it, and they genuinely shared in my excitement that my car was finally fixed!
I said all of that to say this: skip the headaches and just take your car to 1st Choice Auto Glass. They genuinely care, put in the effort to get your car fixed the right way, and provide amazing customer service from start to finish. I can't recommend them enough!!”

“I am a traveling nurse living out of my van and yesterday my van battery died, AAA jumped my vehicle and gave me advice on where to go locally to replace my battery as it wasn’t a super simple replacement.
Kevin agreed to help me despite closing in 40 minutes and stayed late to do so despite the miserable weather. It would have been reasonable if he said it was too late, but he helped me out anywhere, as he said, so “you would be ok.”
Hourly labor rates were very fair and he is clearly a very kind human. I am very grateful my Sunday will be much different than it could have been thanks to his help.
Not nearly as important, but the waiting room designed by his wife is the nicest one at a mechanic shop I have ever been to across this country with many interesting books.

The fab specialist as well as the other mechanic were very friendly and gave me information and how they are going to install them. “Mr. Garcia is a trusted Expert. He has replaced both front drive shafts and rebuilt the entire cooling system on my Chevy Cruze (design flaws).
