It's disappointing that this branch does not seek to improve customer service even after the constant complaints and horrible reviews. It's 2024, learn to take feedback and grow from it. Jennifer Peach, VP/branch manager, wake up and learn from your tellers. Your position does not excuse you from giving horrible customer service. Discrimination of any sort is never tolerated.

Unable to notarize a federal document. Not sure why they wouldn’t have told me that before they asked me to sign up for another appointment. Waste of time.

Chase Bank is located on the corner of Las Posas & Daily Dr in Camarillo. It shares a parking lot with other businesses such as restaurants but there's plenty of parking. I frequent this shopping area for dining. I came to this location to use the Drive Up ATM. I did not have to wait in line, I just drove through. Supposedly it's available 24/7. This Drive Up ATM only dispenses $20's. I didn't realize this until I saw the sign as the machine was dispensing my stack of bills smh lol. Review is based on location & Drive Up ATM only since I did not go inside the business.

If there was a “no star” option I would have used it. The teller was untrained, unprofessional and rude she is a total disgrace to JP Morgan. I worked for JPMorgan and I know what customer service is, I have a heart condition and my hubby went to buy a cashier’s check to pay my Cardiologysr bill, however when he got home realized the name in the Cashiers check was his, the Dr account is on my name so he went back to have it correct it. She( the teller) refused to do it because I wasn’t present? The bank account is under both names “or” not “and “ plus I’m bedridden and when my hubby didn’t take her lies and told her she could add my name she was “furious” and started screaming told my husband “I’m not helping you anymore and if you don’t leave, I’m calling the police” what is that??? Can she just had the situation scaled? Yes, to the next chain on command such as a Supervisor or Manager that would have had the proper training to resolve the issue and followed compliance. This is not the first time she have been rude, but enough is enough. We are posting this review so that no one have to go through this experience and please go to a different branch, people at JPMorgan Chase are excellent and one of the best banks to do business with, just avoid this branch.

Chase Bank needs a lot of improvement in basic customer service. They do not answer the phone, have no phone waiting queue, and no option to leave messages. You can spend an entire day calling and never speak to a person. I visited several times to open an account without success because no bankers were working and no one could make an appt for the banker. It is nearly impossible to do business there.

We had a terrible experience here. From refusing to count a cash withdrawal, by the teller and branch manager... to being talked into a credit card that was mailed to the incorrect address. I have been with chase since it merged with Washington Mutual, the customer service hotline is also a misrable experience. Their connection is awful, and everyone seems nice but I talked to 4 people and thier accent was so heavy it made it impossible to understand. I plan on moving all of my accounts.

This chase is full of prejudice I went in and asked for "racks of change" understanding the situation I agreed to only receive one because of the coin shortage. However, at the same time a young lady with a different teller received "two racks of coins" while I only received one. I'm not sure I can trust this bank if they can't even be honest with clients.

Bad customer service at this location. Just drooped in to open a THIRD account at Chase. Was asked to sit and wait for a banker. Someone else checked in w/ me and then retuned to ask me to come back or make appointment, nobody could help me Explained I had 2 accounts. Banker at her desk did not offer to help. I walked out very unhappy! Will try my branch at Channel Islands or look for a new bank.

Understaffed. If you go to do anything other than and ATM transaction be prepared to wait or not have the right person to help. I am a huge fan of Chase Bank but they do not staff the branches to support the volume of business.

Heath Roundtree is the most amazing teller at this location. If it weren't for him i would give this chase 1 star. He is definitely a diamond in the rough among his fellow tellers. He is quick and friendly and has great hair. He is always answering the other tellers' questions without slowing down on the transaction he's doing for me. He is hands down the most handsome man I've seen working at a chase. Sometimes while listening to the sweet lullaby of his accent i will look up and lose myself in his beautiful eyes in a moment of incredible bliss. Marry me Heath...
