The worst customer service from Janet the bank teller very rude and hostile.

Horrible customer service at this branch! There was one personal banker and no one else in the bank. The Banker wasn’t willing to help us add my fiancé to my account. I drive to the Chase on Ponderosa and they assisted me instantly!

Useless people behind the counter. Don't bother asking for help here they will just say their computers "can't see the problem"
