“This is now the closest outlet to me as they keep closing them. The Ontario location is closed. Service wise, I have never had any bad experiences at any Tommy Bahama store or outlet. The staff here are great. Like going in to see what deals they have as I love Tommy Bahama. Everyone is always helpful. If they dont have a good size, they have always checked for me. If they find it at a different store, they help with the sale and have it shipped to you. That is great customer service.”

“School shopping with a pre-teen is not always easy, but the service we received from Alisha and Efrain was exceptional. They were both in the fitting room area directing customers to the fitting rooms, even with helping others, folding clothes to place back in the store, they helped me look for different sizes, gave me style ideas and provided service with a smile. Never once did they have a look of disdain or irritation to any customers. They were both well spoken, smiled, made eye contact and went above and beyond in their service.”

“Jockey and I go way way back. Jockey quality is unsurpassed. They have always had the best cottons and now synthetics. Between their undershirts, their underwear, there sport shirts, and other garments they sell--I probably own over 200 pieces of Jockey things--most of it never wears out. I have Jockey polyester sport shirts that have been washed and dryed to death over 150 times that look new (except for some minor pulls.) Their softness of their white cotton shirts does not fail until after 100 washings. This is quality that is worth paying for. And Jockey has been a leader in designing underwear for men. We have come a long way from the white cotton brief with the fly. Jockey designers have recognized that just like women need support from a bra to feel and look good, men need support from under garments for support and to feel good. Jockey recognizes that one type of under garment does not fit all men so they have many for big men and medium men and small men. For men of all shapes and sizes. And just like Bra Fitting--you need to get the one that fits your stuff and every man have different stuff. You can come to the store and try on what the company feels are the best fit for men, but most of the selection is online and requires an order. And you can read reviews from other men to zero in on which may fit you--they will tell you whether a particular brief is better for a big or small man. And if you are Thong guy--for more than 30 years, Jockey has made the best Thongs for men. They used to sell them in the stores but now just online. And you can easily return online things in this Jockey store or Jockey will pay the postage for you to ship it back. And as for the women line--it's been a long time since I shopped for a bra and panties--maybe never--so I don't know--but judging from the men's stuff I am sure it's great too. And after reading some of the reviews from men--some write that their wives Jockey panties fits and feels better than the men's underwear--so there you go. Underwear is such a personal thing. Jockey I will tell you knows how to keep a secret.”
“First off, I'm a big fan of the quality and style TNF offers. I recently had a quarter zip fleece that kind of lost it's shape after dozens of washings. I brought it back to TFN and they replaced it no questions asked. I had it for a couple years so I was very impressed. “My family and I had a horrible experience with a fitting room associate that had the demeanor as if she hated her job. She didn't want to help us when we asked a question and was very dismissive.
When we asked to speak to the floor manager- we got the speak to Amy. She is the reason for the 5 star review. She was kind, receptive, and very professional. Her professionalism and leadership shows integrity for the Old Navy company!

“Custom Jewelry - seriously folks this place is legitimately the coolest place completely AWAY from Melrose! You walk in and you see purses from vinyls and covers! Shoes for men and women. Belts-custom belts....guitar pick earrings and necklaces....omg I can go on! My next purchase is going to be some flannels she has in her store. I want these bike chain bracelets she has in the store but sadly my wrist is just too dang small! It's going to have to be custom again.”
