The staff have always been kind and care about my child, especially Alicia. She remembers my child, who I am, and always has a positive and professional demeanor.
Adrian recently helped with a summer camp scheduling mistake on my part, and I really appreciated the timely response and problem solving. It was fixed without issue.
Spring break care was really well done this year. They sent emails before the week began letting us know about daily themes and what to expect. Also, reminder emails the day before each theme and any special instructions. I hope they keep this type of communication up because it makes the care a 5 star experience for a family.”
