Customer service is terrible. Tried exhancges a couple gifts that didn't fit. Didn't want money back just exchange and they wouldn't allow it. People suck there.

When I drop a couple hundred in your store, I find it insulting that you then want to charge me for bags. It's not the amount, it's the principle. You aren't a grocery store so the bag BS that was voted into law doesn't apply. Won't be back.

went in to shop for my family and a guy that seemed like a "manager" was wearing an Astros jersey gave me a rude look for having a dodgers jersey. very offensive i walked right out after that. This was a few weeks ago.
