“I have to give a big shoutout to the staff here who have been so friendly and professional while Im staying here for the holidays. Especially Carol at the front desk!!!! This morning the power went out due to the storm and everyone that had questions she helped feel right at home and cared for.
There were some difficult customers too, and yet she handled the situation with such grace and patience that it really impressed me!!!
The holidays are a tough time to work and tough for a lot of people traveling, but from everyone working here I felt a true sense of community and care. Its the sort of compassion and hospitality that comes from the best and most seasoned professional hospitality workers. Happy holidays to the entire hampton staff, you all rock!!!!
Also the room is nice and breakfast was great. The kitchen staff is SO on top of getting things out quickly, no food or beverage was running half low for even 30 seconds before another was out. I wouldnt be able to muster that much energy working christmas eve, so impressive!!!!!”

“Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Clean every time, great water pressure, free breakfast, full kitchens, pet friendly, gym, pool, coffee and tea available all day long, outdoor hang out areas. We've stayed here multiple times and will continue to always book here when in town. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. Definitely recommend and we will absolutely be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Only downside for us is the parking fees.”

“Great hotel to stay in when visiting Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. I drove up with my dog for a few days to visit the different beaches, parks and trails.
The room was 'pet friendly' and spacious. It was ready when I arrived and very clean. They also have a dog station just outside of the hotel and provide waste bags if needed.
My only issue, is the proximity of the 'pet friendly' room to the lobby. It's a high traffic area, so my dog would bark or get startled whenever someone would walk by talking loud or the housekeeping would pass by with their cart.
Other than that, great hotel, friendly staff and good wifi connection. I would stay there again next time I'm in the area with or without my dog.
Rooms: Spacious, easy to clean hard floor in pet friendly room.
Nearby activities: State Parks, beaches, dog parks, canyon trails and bike trails (jog/walk too).
Safety: Well lit area, walked my dog around 10pm and felt safe.
Walkability: Walking distance to shopping center with various food options and a Ralphs.”

“The Room is very nice, stayed here for 4 nights, I was concerned that in the 4 days my room was not serviced at all, I had the same Towels throughout.
I have to mention about reception, Sergio is a very pleasant and helpful Guy, but, I found Arleen Rude, ignorant, unhelpful.
She is certainly in the wrong position as reception, her whole demeanour is unpleasant and she blatantly ignores you.”

“Tgey are really fast at giving services and fixing things. Rooms are a little old/outdated but they have what a hotel room needs to have. Rooms are clean but not spotless. Cleaning could be better.

It's right off the freeway and even has some nice places within walking distance like a big breakfast place, bagels, and coffee.”

“The Bella Capri is an absolute gem! Located in Old town Camarillo its nested in an area that seems to be thriving with eateries, shops, and services. My daughter and I stayed in Room #216 which I had a private, street facing balcony. The room was BEAUTIFUL! I hope to visit again soon. Thanks to all the staff that made our trip so comfortable and special!”
