“Back in 12/22 I stayed in this hotel but I checked out the same day bc I had an emergency I left a gold chain on the bed (it was a gift from my grandfather before he passed away) they didn’t want to give it back. Grace the “manager” didn’t do the minimum effort to help. So if you leave something valuable in this hotel, don’t expect to get it back.”

“We had a plumbing emergency that landed us at the hotel for about 9 days. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the breakfast was good. We enjoyed having a kitchenette, and the hotel stocks the rooms with all the cooking equipment you need, and cleanup is amazing there are dishwashers in the rooms.We were so happy to be able to being our service animal too. The team at Homewood are courteous, and helpful.”

“My husband and I live in a rv and yesterday afternoon we decided to get out of the RV and get a room. So we picked The Channel Island Inn on channel islands between Albany and Statham. It was relaxing comfortable clean quite the bed was awesome and the shower with hot water and water pressure which is hard to find. So I give it a 10 a thumbs up and I forgot the PRICE WAS RITE. SO GO GET YOU A ROOM AND BE READY TO RELAX AND ENJOY.”

“The female manager does a good job trying to keep the motel safe and that rules are followed . Plus screen potential troublemakers away. I know you aren't supposed to judge people without knowing them. But I can understand why management has to screen new guests carefully drawing on past experiences as well in order to have a pleasant running establishment or guests will take over the place and have havoc everywhere. The rooms were acceptable, although a bit more cleaning detail to dust collected on vanity light fixtures and a few cobwebs to sweep away would be nice. Yet the others areas were clean. Overall it was acceptable for the amount charged. I wasnt expecting Sheraton Hotel accommodations and amenities. I like that cameras are everywhere on the exterior , in the parking lot etc. I trust they are being monitored. So if guest's are following their rental agreement then that should add more of a sense of safely and you will be called out if you are in violation of your agreement or causing any kind of disturbance to others . I would stay here again if necessary if in need of a place to stay safely .”

“I never blame motel management about broken things in the room , shabby furniture , damage , graffiti etc. ITS THE PEOPLE , THE GUESTS who damage things and don't respect other peoples property are the root problem . Folk making a mess or tearing up something nice and then sitting on their rumps waiting for somebody else to fix and clean up after them while expecting the highest of quality and top notch service at minimal cost. WELL , YOU CANT HAVE IT BOTH WAYS !”

“It's a great location for migrant field workers and truckers who want a safe open space to park. Rooms are clean and everything functions well.There is a shopping area next door with Mexican style food, barber shop and laundromat. Also, there is a bakery that sells awesome breakfasts burritos. I love'm.Warning: Not suitable for anyone who feels uncomfortable around minorities.”

“Seriously it's such an underrated motel however don't anybody even think for a minute that all these other 5 star motel/hotel ($) Holiday Inn places are going to remain by themselves cause you all need to move on over a little cause here comes the City Center”

“They do all the cleaning themselves for the entire motel that's alot of work. They offered extra supplies as needed. The inside could use updating the bathroom is unique style. They do there best to keep up with needs being they are the only ones operating everything.”
“I love this place. It is our third time staying in this beautiful resort. Totally recommend for family with kids. Very comfortable for family 6 people.Nearby activities: Ocean view, kids play ground, basketball , volleyball zone. You can rent bikes for your self or for group rides.Safety: Quite areaWalkability: In 5 min walk big park with huge kids playground, restrooms, volleyball courts, picnic tables and many more to do.”
