The staff, including a frequently mentioned and appreciated maintenance technician, is consistently described as professional, knowledgeable, kind, and productive. They work promptly, cleanly, and efficiently on repairs and installations, from air conditioning to appliances, often going above and beyond. Their integrity and willingness to help, even after hours, leaves residents impressed and thankful, contributing significantly to the community's appeal.
Mission Hills is a very nice place. We lived in a few places in LA area, and this place is by far the best. We would like to say special thanks to Katya Obukhova for being such a warm host.
