“I just moved in to this Avalon community a few months ago after searching and comparing almost all apartment complexes in Camarillo. It has the perfect combination of everything one would want as far as 'livability'. The neighbors are friendly, outgoing and quiet for a large well kept complex.
The staff is wonderful. One In particular is Jared. He assisted me through the application process easily. A very personable fellow, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable with just about every aspect of the community. Is usually available in the office when not walking around making sure all is good here. And he actually returns your emails and phone messages! In the same day!”

“I wanted to give this place an outstanding review. I was so grateful for the generous support that the staff gave me during a lockout on my vehicle. They invited me in and offered me coffee while I waited for triple A to arrive. ( Weather was very cold and raining at the time). The place was immaculate, they made me feel at home and boy did it look like a home environment. I would highly recommend anybody to come by and take a tour of their property. Thanks for all the help staff.”
“I lived here for 2 years and had a good experience. The manager Lisa is very professional and the maintenance is well kept, Milo is very available and quick. The only issue is the closet doors are a bit flimsy so they could upgrade those to something more durable.”
“I recently moved out after living here for two years, and I wanted to leave a review for anyone considering moving in. This was truly a wonderful place to live, and a huge reason for that was the property manager, Laurie.
Laurie consistently goes above and beyond for the residents. Any time I needed assistance or had a maintenance issue, she made sure it was taken care of quickly and professionally. She works hard to keep the property safe, comfortable, and well-maintained, and it really shows.
What stood out most to me was how much she genuinely cares about the people who live here. While I was out of town, she even brought my packages inside so they wouldn’t get stolen and helped care for my cats. That level of kindness and dedication is incredibly rare.
Laurie is hands down the best property manager I’ve ever had, and anyone who moves here will be lucky to have her. She deserves so much recognition for everything she does.”
“I’ve lived here so far for just over three years, I tell you when the new management has taken over these past few months has been so amazing and so great. The level of patience, communication and compromise that this establishment has, is just so nice to see. First things I noticed was the immediate cleanup and care of the environment we have here. Cleaning up and clearing the agriculture, cleaning and refurbishing the pools , reconstructing patios and windows that were long overdue from the previous management. Everyone in the office who I have spoken to is just so sweet and helpful: Benjamin, Andrew, Shawn, Erica, Laura, Jaqui as well. Everyone has been so helpful and amazing I can’t thank them enough. I will still be here for a year or less and can’t wait to create memories. Halloween is coming!!”
“The staff at Camarillo Oaks were very easy to work with when we first rented and that carried through during our stay and eventual end of the lease. Likewise, the repairs were done quickly and expertly. Both Angel and the gentleman with the gauges were very respectful and thorough in their repairs. We are very happy with the staff and would rent again.”

“My time at Campana was great! Nice quiet complex and clean, I've stayed at some places with cleanliness issues but this was not the case. Management was always great, responsive and willing to help. I would still be living here if I didn't have to move states.”
“I’ve had a great experience living at Ponderosa Apartments. The community is always clean and quiet, which makes it a really comfortable place to live. The management also does a great job updating the apartments between tenants with new flooring and other modern features, so the units feel fresh and well maintained. The apartments are also very spacious for such a reasonable price, which is hard to find in this area. Overall, a great value and a welcoming community.”

“I absolutely love Amli. It’s one of the best places I’ve ever lived. Any issue I’ve ever had from maintenance to sound issues has been resolved. I love the ammenities and the area. I feel like I’m in a quiet little oasis. It’s beautiful and I would love to upgrade to a bigger size apartment and make this my forever home with my partner.
We’ve used every single amenity: the puppy wash, dog park, coffee bar, pool, gym and study/office room. I love how I can work from home and keep a healthy lifestyle and get sun. The fire pits and bbq stations are also great. We’ve seen lots of families have birthday parties. For the price and quality I don’t think there’s a better luxury apartment.”
