“They were super easy to communicate with, answered every question, and pick up/drop off scheduling was quick and easy. They were significantly cheaper than the quote I received from a competitor as well”

“They are very patient with me, (being late paying for my unit, ) & very understanding. My Husband & I are both on SSI, which doesn't pay much to begin with. Thank you for that, ( I just wish my unit didn't cost so much). That's why you only get 4 stars from me.”

“We highly recommend the SoCal Self-Storage on Adolfo. We cannot begin to thank Eileen and Chuck for their kindness and assistance in helping us determine the right unit for our needs. Their customer service is unmatched. As customers, we felt so welcomed that we often stopped by the office to chat with them during our visits. The unit we rented was clean and accessible. With the secured gate access and reasonable hours, we had no worries regarding our possessions. We would definitely return to SoCal Self-Storage Adolfo for any future storage needs.”

“Attention to Detail was very competitive with other quotes. Working with this company for our move was fantastic. Javid was our contact, he displayed patience and integrity. His team was pleasant, started on time and finished the job early and under the estimated amount. I'd recommend them for your pack and move!”

“Pick up was on time. Only problem is our house wasn’t ready when it was scheduled for delivery so everything had to go in storage. It was not the fault of the movers and they were able to put our stuff in storage until the house is ready.”

“I have to say this is the cleanest self storage facility I’ve ever seen , Inside and out. It looks brand new even though I’ve had my items stored there for years. I’ve never had any problems getting in or out and the staff is always very friendly and helpful to answer questions. I would definitely recommend Store Safe to anyone wanting a clean , Safe and friendly environment.”

“I was referred to Agosti's moving company by a friend who had used them in the past. When I called them, Christian and his brother came out to give an estimate. They walked through the house and asked questions about what furniture and other items would need to be moved. They went over a few of their policies and to my surprise, they were able to move our grand piano. On moving day, they showed up early by a few minutes and got right to work. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently the team came in. Within a couple of hours, all of our stuff was on the truck and ready to go to the new house. I met them at the new house and they unloaded everything quickly. We moved from East Los Angeles to Thousand Oaks. The final price came in just under the original bid. My only negative comment is that a couple pieces of our patio furniture was nicked up a little bit, but some of that is to be expected with moving. On the other hand, none of our fragile things were broken and the piano was no problem at all. I definitely recommend this company! One additional note: the house we moved from in East Los Angeles had two flights of stairs.”

“From the beginning to the end, my experience with Alex Movers was nothing short of exceptional. As I prepared to move the equivalent of a one-bedroom condo, I couldn't help but feel a bit anxious about the safety for some of my exquisite furniture. But the team at Alex Movers put my worries to rest.Right from the estimation stage, Jerry worked tirelessly to accommodate my narrow window of availability due to a family health issue. His dedication and proactive approach ensured that I felt cared for every step of the way. The moving team displayed meticulous attention to detail, carefully cataloging each item and wrapping the delicate furniture in clean, padded blankets – some even receiving an extra layer of protection. As the team loaded the truck, I held my breath, praying for a smooth transition.Throughout the journey, Jazmin from Alex Movers remained a constant source of support. She promptly responded to my every call and message, providing updates on estimated times and truck locations. Arle, the skilled driver, further reinforced their commitment to exceptional service. Two days prior to the delivery, he reached out to inform me of the precise date and time of arrival. He also called again the day before and on the morning of delivery, ensuring I was in the loop every step of the way.In the end, my worries were unfounded. Not a single scratch marred any of my furniture as it was delicately unloaded from the truck. And not a dented or damaged box. Alex Movers' dedication, professionalism, and attention to customer service were truly second to none. This move stands as a testament to their commitment to excellence – a move that exceeded my expectations and left me thoroughly impressed.”

“One of the best companies I've worked for in the past and also hired for my move in the past and I am shocked by the allegations and some fake pictures posted here! This is the most honest and reliable company I've ever worked for and hired, not like most moving companies who abuse the system. People use to assume every company is a fraud and give their owners and their employers a hard time. It's a stressful job, but there is nothing this company that they never solved and made sure their clients come first! During the move items can be damaged and break, this is why every company offers insurance. No matter what David does, he does it from the bottom of his heart and care. It's sad when people spread lies because they misunderstand the extra costs for packing materials. They never pack or do an unprofessional job. Their packing style is clean and made to protect clients goods. If they're still in business, I will highly recommend them and use them for my future moves again.”
