We got caught in traffic and showed up 10 minutes before the office closed and without any hesitation she took us through all the available options on the property, giving us time to consider each option and providing us lots of insight on pricing and capacity. Once we had made a decision, Tamara was able to move us through the paperwork swiftly and thoroughly. Though we regrettably stayed a full twenty minutes after closing, never at any point did Tamara make us feel rushed or guilty for keeping her late and made sure to carefully explain every element of the contract and how that would pertain to our case/unit. Greatest customer service any of us have ever experienced at a storage facility, and being the friend with the big truck, I have been to quite a number of them!”

“It was a pleasure doing business with this company. They had last minute availability. I had to move in two parts. Part one was my old place into their storage. And then part two was from storage into my new place. For part one, I jumped on FaceTime with the owner and walked him through everything that needed to be moved to storage. His estimate was pretty much spot on. The crew worked quickly. For part two, they took everything from storage and moved it into the new place. That all went smoothly. But I noticed afterwards I might've been overcharged. This was on a Saturday. So I made a noted to call them on Monday. Lo and behold, the owner reached out to me before I had a chance to make that call. We talked it over and ended up paying less than what I signed for on the day of. Would definitely recommend and do business with them again!”

“I rarely leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so regarding this business. When I initially came in a few months ago and had a ton of questions since I had never rented a storage unit before I dealt with Justin and he was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I went in today to downsize the unit that I previously rented due to selling some of the items and not needing as much space. Today I dealt with Jonathan. He was also just as helpful and courteous. Even more so he helped me move my heavy furniture from the larger unit to the small unit as the person that was supposed to help me didn't show up. I am very happy with how professional yet caring they are and I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for storage space.”

“When I was packing my room up back in May I didn't plan on getting a storage unit; but when my car decided to stop running I was forced to spend my uhaul / moving funds on repairs which took most of my savings. Needing a solution to hold onto my belongings, I began looking into storage units online; I was fortunate to find citizens storage. They had 1 units large enough to hold all of my furniture & boxes available, allowed a 24 hour reservation without fee, plus offered a huge discount on the first month of rent. I enjoyed that the location was just off the freeway but down the road far enough that there wasn't much traffic. Jonah, the manager, was kind & personable as he showed me the available unit in person. After viewing we returned to the office where we went over the forms & he explained the terms of the agreement, which allowed me to confidently sign the contract. I started moving my stuff in that day, & was able to stack & fit everything in perfectly. I had just enough money from the remainder of my savings to afford the gas necessary to get back to Oregon & pay for the unit rental for 5 months before I was able to return to reattempt bringing it up north with me. Grateful for citizen storage for keeping my belongings safe, & Jonah for being a friendly face whenever I was on the property.”

“One of the best companies I've worked for in the past and also hired for my move in the past and I am shocked by the allegations and some fake pictures posted here! This is the most honest and reliable company I've ever worked for and hired, not like most moving companies who abuse the system. People use to assume every company is a fraud and give their owners and their employers a hard time. It's a stressful job, but there is nothing this company that they never solved and made sure their clients come first! During the move items can be damaged and break, this is why every company offers insurance. No matter what David does, he does it from the bottom of his heart and care. It's sad when people spread lies because they misunderstand the extra costs for packing materials. They never pack or do an unprofessional job. Their packing style is clean and made to protect clients goods. If they're still in business, I will highly recommend them and use them for my future moves again.”
