Good prices and a great assortment of product. Employees this weekend were very knowledgable and very friendly and helpful. This store is also cheaper than some of the other surf / beach clothing stores nearby.

My husband I both needed some new hoodies and headed straight to O'Neill, one of our favorite stores. We were greeted by Nicole who is the absolute embodiment of a beaming ray of sunshine. She was so lovely and kind AND told me all about their store wide sale that was going on. OH EM GEE SERIOUSLY?!? I would have jumped up and down, but I have a giant walking cast on my right leg. I feverishly grabbed some soft hoodies and my husband had an arm full of shorts. I tried on a few dresses and skirts, and Nicole was such a sweetheart and got me a few additional sizes and clothes to try. I can't remember the last time I was so taken care of in a retail store. AND Nicole said if I created an account with them that I could get a free Tshirt and stickers during my birthday week. Well guess what- it was actually the beginning of my bday week! I showed them my ID and got to pick out more stuff!!! I felt like I won the lottery. It was such a fun experience and I can't thank Nicole enough for making me feel special and for just being a lovely young woman.

I needed shorts, trunks, shirts and a rash guard for our vacation. The O'Neil store had a great selection and to my luck good prices. The service was excellent. Jason was very helpful getting all sorts of different sizes of all the above items and made some great recommendations. I will definitely return and when I do I hope Jason is working! Thanks again!

Amazing store. I am always greeted every time I enter and the store has very friendly and helpful staff. It is a very clean store and all the clothes are always nicely folded. Nice sales and good merchandise. Definitely recommend this store for nice, comfortable, beach and everyday wear

I decided to go in on one of the worst days ever, BLACK FRIDAY!! I expected to not really receive any customer service (which was understandable) but NO! Robert!! OMG ROBERT!! So I came in here during the weekend the staff was just amazing. ! But the one that stood out was PATTY! She went above and beyond with customer service told us about their specials I really appreciate her as a person I know customer service in retail isn't easy but she represented herself and the the company very well she's a great employee I will be back thank you patty !!!!

I bought a wetsuit from this store and the manager Stephanie was very helpful and nice. She had to special order the suit for me from another store so she really went out of her way to help me out. In the store, Tristan helped me check out. They found a nice discount for me and even threw in a nice coffee mug. I was very happy with the customer service I received at the Camarillo Outlet location. They observe all the Covid 19 guidelines so I felt very safe. I'll definitely be shopping there again in the future!
