We've been members of the Westlake Village branch for 25+ years, all because of their stellar customer service! Looking for a small bank who offers everything, call Phillip or Erin at this branch. I've never had an issue and get the best rates & service! They're just a pleasure to work with.

LPL Financial did end up making it right so they shouldn't be dinged by my review anymore. I can't give them more than 3 stars because I did have to go through somewhat of a hassle.

The worst branch that you ever go through just a simple deposit and cash back it takes 30 minutes to do the transaction. Everything is guven the acct. no and still the teller was not able to find my acct. What is wrong is the teller not paying attention" AETAN" the tellers name not paying attention keeps on chatting with co workers while doing transaction on my acct. that's why he cant do it fast and accurately, last time again he put the transaction in my other acct. for you guys out there if you have other choice skip camarillo branch!!!! I have been a client for 30 years and this is the worst teller i've encounter MORE TRAINING for YOU or just quit PRiemier don't deserve a lousy teller just like you!!!!!!

Been with them for over 20 years was a few points away from the lowest interest rate on vehicle which I've always received. Denied me the lowest rate even after talking to a corporate manager explaining my long term relationship with them with no late payments and always above 750 score and all the vehicles I've gotten with them. Made no difference they didn't help at all. ALSO they have been telling me for over 6 months at least that there connection issue with quickbooks will be fixed. It's an important issue for a lot of people who run there business through quickbooks. Same excuse month after month that they are working on it. The list goes on, I too will be pulling all my accounts when I get a chance this bank has gone down hill. I'm clearly not the only one who sees how much it's changed since premier America took over.

This place, I honestly don't know what else these people could do to help their members (customers )! I am so painfully electronically/technically challenged it's pathetic! Carly , so knowledgeable did absolutely EVERYTHING so that I could use the on-line banking! Helda, the Manager is equally personable! Didn't get her card forgive me if I misspelled her name. The entire atmosphere screams GOOD SERVICE and friendship! Lovely place to do business!

Thank you Alex at Premier for getting me in and out of your bank quickly! I had not been inside Premier bank for a while because I do all my banking online. Everything CANNOT be done online, but I'm grateful for that so I could experience their great customer service in person! What I needed done was time consuming, and of course we ran into issues here and there but Alex was very patient and resolved each issue with no frustration. Thanks again!!!

PACR Is great and has really stepped up the quality. they are always so helpful and kind. Their phone service workers always provide more than enough help and resources as well. This was my first bank and the first place I got a loan- for no more than 3.5% apr - you can't find this kind of service just anywhere.

Premier America CU is our primary bank because of the first rate customer service! Omar Garcia went above and beyond to help us process financial paperwork for our upcoming travel. And Shirley Honour, the district manager, is always available to answer questions. Best financial institution in Ventura County!

Very disappointed - tried getting a statement from a past year from this credit union - I now live away from Southern California & not a member; even though the year is recent they wanted to charge me an hourly fee for me to receive the statements. I agreed to pay the ridiculous charge but they could only accept a check by mail for the fee! It's a bank! They could not electronically accept the payment. Ridiculous

Extremely rude service. I called to ask about my account at a bank that was sold and bought by Premier America. I understand that I forgot to change my address on my child's account so I never received any notification that the bank was closing. I understand that I should have changed my address with the bank following our move. I wasn't blaming the bank and I wasn't mad in any way, I was just curious what happened to my funds... if they went to California treasury or if Premier America or the other bank did something else with unclaimed accounts. I was already embarrassed that I didn't know the bank was closed. I didn't expect someone working for Premier America to completely ridicule me, embarrass me, and make me feel like a fool. I even asked at one point why she was being so rude to me and she just kept embarrassing me to the point I had to hang up and cry. Very unprofessional!!!! Selineh P. Of America Credit Union I would love to know how to DM you but no link was given so I have no way to contact you. UPDATE: Management has contacted me to apologize which I really appreciate . They are also staying in contact while they work to try and resolve the problem.
