“Needed a safe place to store some extra things and found the perfect space at SoCal Self Storage Camarillo. Took advantage of the free move-in truck offered back in 2013 which saved us a lot of hassle. The kind, helpful staff were always at the ready if we had questions or needed assistance. The facility is kept very clean and monitored 24/7 nestled in a safe industrial park. When the time came to move out recently, they were understanding and helpful to the very last day. I'd highly recommend getting a unit to anyone in need of a secure place to store stuff or vehicles/RVs!”

“Attention to Detail is a phenomanal company. My 91 year old Dad was in a bad situation and needed to move immediately, and the company he originally hired wanted well over $8,000 to move him and was a total scam. We canceled and called Attention to Detail instead. They were able to work him in that week and were so upfront and helpful. Ricardo, Ceaser, Tommy and Brian were absolutely fantastic! They treated our dad like their own and were so compasionate. The team was also quick, precise and respectful of his belongings and extremely kind during a difficult time. We can't say enough good things about them and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of movers!”

“Setting up my account was quick and easy. Brandy was very kind and welcoming, the property felt safe and clean. I’m giving four stars because of one issue.
I rented a small upper-level unit. Before signing anything, I asked if a lower unit was available, but there wasn’t at the time, so I asked to be added to the waiting list. After completing my paperwork and payment, I left the property. About 30 minutes later, I received a call that a lower unit had just opened up.
When I returned, I was told there would be a $10 transfer fee, even though I hadn’t moved anything in yet and had only rented the unit for about 30minutes. It felt a bit unfair, but unfortunately, the fee couldn’t be waived.”

“One of the best companies I've worked for in the past and also hired for my move in the past and I am shocked by the allegations and some fake pictures posted here! This is the most honest and reliable company I've ever worked for and hired, not like most moving companies who abuse the system. People use to assume every company is a fraud and give their owners and their employers a hard time. It's a stressful job, but there is nothing this company that they never solved and made sure their clients come first! During the move items can be damaged and break, this is why every company offers insurance. No matter what David does, he does it from the bottom of his heart and care. It's sad when people spread lies because they misunderstand the extra costs for packing materials. They never pack or do an unprofessional job. Their packing style is clean and made to protect clients goods. If they're still in business, I will highly recommend them and use them for my future moves again.”

Customer service, price, and the Unit itself were all 5 star.
The company was very easy to communicate with and responded to me quickly even after business hours. They were readily available and able to drop off the unit on fairly short notice. The driver who dropped off at my home was punctual, very friendly, and placed the unit exactly where I wanted it.
The unit itself was a sturdy and safe place to store all the items from my garage. Everything from my two car garage fit in the 16’ storage bin.”
