It's cleaner, better lighting, and most of all less worries of random people coming around checking out your unit! Thank you Gonzalo, for everything you've done and for all of your efforts on improving this facility! Better Service, and Better Prices!”

“Security Self Storage has been Great. I've had my unit about 1 1/2 years. Mike, Gloria, and Melinda are great and make the whole experience easy and uncomplicated. They keep this place well maintained and clean. June 2025 I am moving on. June is my last month. I have been very satisfied with having my unit here 2 1/2 years. Mike, Melinda, and Gloria have been AWESOME as far as I'm concerned. And if I need another storage unit in the future, it will only be: Security Self Storage. Thank You So Much, Mike & Melinda & Gloria”

“Golden State Storage by far is a trustworthy business to store your personal items. Not only do the employees make you feel right at home, they are also very friendly and clean. They have plenty of cameras. Another plus is that a majority of the units are drive ups. I love the fact that whenever I go to my unit, there's not a bunch of ppl just hanging around. the business. They actually care about their customers. One more thing I should mention, when I got my first unit, I rented a 5x5 unit. Then in less than a week I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit. Didn't know if I would be able to switch before the month. Turns out, I was and it was so easy. Two weeks later I needed to downsize. Wasn't sure if I would be allowed to but they allowed me to as long as I did transferred all my belongings to the other unit before the office closed. And I did. They prorated my charges, wasn't too much of charge. Golden State Storage made my unit transfers so easy. They are absolutely good people. I know that my items are safe. So if you're unsure of where to rent a storage unit. I suggest giving Golden State Storage a chance.”

“OVERALL: excellent! Would 100% use again.FACILITIES: very clean and sensibly laid out.Our 10x20 unit was more than enough for a 20' U-Haul truck; we probably could've fit 2x 20' trucks of stuff inside.ONBOARDING: very smooth; I did mine over the phone in probably under 10 minutes, and I imagine you can also do so online.CUSTOMER SERVICE: very responsive and friendly.Their onsite customer service was very good as well.AFTER HOURS: access was very easy.Really happy we chose to go with this location!”

“Moving is hard enough, but StorHouse made it easy. Norma in the office was angelic! She helped me even though I changed my mind a few times about things, including the size of the unit I needed. Their prices are comparable to the others on that street, but I liked that their units are inside and they have those inset brass locks that increase safety. I also liked that they had actual people in the office monitoring the gate. There was a place just up the road with green doors, where the guy admitted they have high turnover at that location and he wasn't a full time employee there. He was terrific, but I realized how easy it would be for someone to choose my unit and empty it out. I felt much safer at StorHouse, frankly, and Norma's kindness was the icing on the cake.”

“I've been renting for over 15 years. I have to say , the new manager has made a difference of my decision to stay. There has been alot of changes, with brighter lights, cameras, and the face-lift to the facilities. With the paint and plants make it look more updated and a clean place to rent. Thank you”

“George is amazing!!! Every time I go, he is always so understanding and accommodating. He is known for working two registers at one time and helping people with their phones and QR codes. I love this mindset and work ethic. What is says is "I understand". We are in the midst of big transitions, life changes, major moves. At the very least we have got a busy day or a busy few moments ahead with multiple things to juggle and manage. The fact that you are met with someone who gets it and works hard to make the process as quick and trouble free is super helpful. I would highly recommend George and the U-Haul spot for your moving needs. Why because they actually care about the person. Kind relatable professional. He needs a raise!!!!;)”
