What customers have to consider is Postal Magic is a third party entity when it comes to mailing or shipping your items. Once your item leaves Postal Magic, the efficiency of your package arriving at the destination is on the company transporting your items. Why do you think you get a tracking number from the transporting company? Dont blame Postal Magic when the USPS or UPS screws up. Norma is the best and she tries to do the right thing.
