“Oh my goodness. Thank you so much to Alisa in the the printing department for all your help last month. I had spent about two days at Wal-Mart trying to use their machine. And as easy and user-friendly as the machine looks, it did not work for me. My last hope was Staples. It was done in about ten minutes, if that. Thank you so much. “I never had issues here besides the parking out front may not be directly in front of the building. You may not get parking directly in front of the post office. There will be space a few businesses down so keep this in mind if you have a big package to carry inside. The bin to drop off your package is smaller so if your package does not fit then you can just hand it to the attendant.
This is a smaller post office than the one on C street so less staff on-site. It kind of depends how long the line will take if you need assistance. I have never had to wait that long here but then again, I only had to wait like twice in my life at this location. I always come to the post office with my shipping label created and package ready for shipment. I just drop it off and I am good to go.”
“This 5 star review is for the delivery man named Jonathan S. who took the 3 seconds to call me and ask if anyone was going to be home which saved me from the headache of having to deal with the whole process of trying to contact the shipping center, customer service etc. More of your people need to be trained like this because just that little initiative he took resulted in a great and easy experience for me.”

“I love this store! The people who work here are highly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I saw a customer express her frustration at one of the employees because she felt she should not have to get in line given she is merely dropping off a package. The employee reiterated her request cordially that the customer wait her turn but this only ignited the customer's rage and she showed it. I was impressed by how the employee maintained her composure.”
“Very poor cell reception, you're going to want to download or screenshot your print label before arrival. Otherwise, you'll probably have to step outside to get cell signal. It seems to be true for both AT&t and Verizon.”
“Very quick and easy to use this Fed Ex location within Walgreens. The clerk was very efficient and taped the box closed for me. Also very friendly service which is refreshing.”

“This is one of the better UPS Stores I've been to. They ALWAYS help me whenever I go in, and have always gone over and above! Deep is especially nice and super helpful every time!!! Also, they stay open until 7:00 pm M-F which is later than most stores.”

“Amazing service here! I got hired to do some shipping for a woman and I had no idea how to do it. Karla was gracious enough to help me with the steps needed to put the label on the packages and advise me on what I needed to do to package the items better than I did them. She was patient, knowledgeable, and kind — three things I am grateful for her to be. Everyone else here was nice too.
Place is clean and smells great —like paper and cardboard. I mean, it’s not something you’d want your perfume to smell like, but it beats boiled eggs and onions.
Anyway, it’s a great place to go to get your stuff shipped in a timely and convenient manner. There may be lines, but it is what it is. Just be patient :)”
“I had to have a huge water trough shipped to an apartment building. It was an extremely unusual request but it was delivered on time and safely. The driver (Greg) was extremely nice and stayed in communication during delivery. I also had a call from the office and she was also very nice and took the time to make sure everything was in order for drop off.”

“Happy that we have our very own UPS store within walking distance, we stopped by to drop off a package about half hour prior to closing on Thu and there was a short line with like minded folks. Service was quick and we were out in no time. There is also a small kiosk at the front for self service to print label if you want to skip the line”
