“I get my parts for my trucks here. The parts department is great and helpful. Cant say the same for the service department, brought my truck once and would NOT recommend, unfortanatley. I give 4 stars beacuse of the parts department.”

“I had to review my contract for a van rental, and the U-Haul sales person was Javier Cortez and he was great, he has great customer service. He helped me and made me feel comfortable when renting a vehicle. He was very compassionate about his work and explained everything in details so that I understood the contract and the rental process.”
“I needed a rental truck for a few hours to move some furniture. When I arrived, the truck was staged at the front of the lot ready to go. I did an "online touch less"check in (Coronavirus) and was met by the owner with the key. Very friendly and professional! Recommended!”

“U-Haul always seems to have very professional and knowledgeable staff. They always have an answer for your questions as well as ACTUAL recommendations based off your descriptions. If you need a bigger box truck/trailer they will let you know. If you dont need much, they will recommend that best suits your need.
The professionalism of the staff is incredible. This last time I went there was One employee working in the front and a decent line of customers, this lady in the front of the line was NOT having it. The gentleman at the register kept his composure, did not escalate the situation, assured the upset lady that he will do his very best to correct the situation. 10 stars for this employee ?????”
