“I don’t write many reviews but this was an excellent U-Haul location. Harry was absolutely amazing very easy to work with great personality and made the whole transition a pleasure.I highly recommend this particular location and I wouldn’t even consider using anyone else

“The owner was super friendly and helpful, especially when figuring out how to check out the truck through the app (which, unfortunately, has various issues). I would not hesitate to go with him anytime if I was still in Oxnard - great service!”
“Was assisted by Justin the GM and dare do I say the service was impeccable. I highly suggest this location for any moving needs. They have plenty of supplies for a decent price.”
“First, in a market that has no available new equipment to sell, NLFL came through with the exact forklift that I needed. That alone was amazing.
However, more importantly, Bree Franzen is my new favorite sales rep outside of my industry. She was on-the-spot in tracking my lead; she came in and qualified me and my needs; she got all of the appropriate information and paperwork together in 24-hours, and she had a lift. Voila.
While in a tight market for equipment almost anyone could have sold that lift, but Bree made the experience painless and productive and was thoroughly professional all the way. I would buy from her again.”
“I get my parts for my trucks here. The parts department is great and helpful. Cant say the same for the service department, brought my truck once and would NOT recommend, unfortanatley. I give 4 stars beacuse of the parts department.”
“I can't say enough great things about my experience renting a van from this U-Haul location. I reserved the vehicle online, which was so easy to do, and when I arrived at the U-Haul location at my chosen time, I was assisted by Armando and Isaac, who were phenomenal--professional, attentive, friendly, personable, and efficient. I drove away with my van and was back two hours later, and the drop-off process was just as easy and fast as the pick-up process--and Armando and Isaac were just as awesome. Thanks, guys. You brightened my day. I'll be back without a doubt.”
“George is amazing!!! Every time I go, he is always so understanding and accommodating. He is known for working two registers at one time and helping people with their phones and QR codes. I love this mindset and work ethic. What is says is "I understand". We are in the midst of big transitions, life changes, major moves. At the very least we have got a busy day or a busy few moments ahead with multiple things to juggle and manage. The fact that you are met with someone who gets it and works hard to make the process as quick and trouble free is super helpful. I would highly recommend George and the U-Haul spot for your moving needs. Why because they actually care about the person. Kind relatable professional. He needs a raise!!!!;)”
“I had to review my contract for a van rental, and the U-Haul sales person was Javier Cortez and he was great, he has great customer service. He helped me and made me feel comfortable when renting a vehicle. He was very compassionate about his work and explained everything in details so that I understood the contract and the rental process.”

“Clean, secure and great location. I had to rent a small storage unit after my retirement and it served it purpose. No problem. Thank you Golden State Storage. I highly recommend. DG”
