“Looking for a replacement for my Citizen eco drive watch that was beginning to lose time after 5 years. Tyler was so knowledgeable and reset my old watch to hopefully buy more time. I was so impressed that he didn’t try to sell me a new watch! His honesty was so appreciated! As I have been wearing the same watch every day for the last 5 years I still wanted a new watch. Again he was a huge help. I was able to purchase a new watch at an amazing price, although I will continue to wear the old one until it finally stops. “Whenever I need a new handbag, wallet or special occasion purse I head to the Fossil Outlet store in Camarillo. My sister is visiting from out of town and loved my handbag so I brought her to the store. I am never disappointed! The store is beautifully laid out with a wide selection of handbags, backpacks, purses, watches and more at very reasonable prices. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Today I showed Natalie the strap on my purse which had frayed due to my own carelessness. I simply wanted to know if she had any suggestions on how to repair since the handbag was fairly new - under a year old. She replaced the entire bag for me! If you need to find the perfect handbag or wallet to this store. You will be happy you did!”
