“There are always 2 sides to these reviews people leave on here. Too bad it can't always be explained clearly for people to make their own personal judgement and experience. This store is an amazing watch store with a plethora of time pieces not even available in the larger anchor stores. Special orders are easily available with the products being from authorized Watch companies. I did a special order myself. As for batteries and service, prices are quite reasonable considering that everything has gone up recently. I'll will be coming from now on for all my time telling needs.”

“Needed to upgrade our iPhone and showed up on a Friday about 1:30 in the afternoon. Signed up on the wait list and told about a half hour for service, all employees were helping customers. Pretty busy. About 15 minutes latter started the process. 20 minutes latter we were out the door with new updated phone. Be sure you and your phone are ready for the process to make it go smoothly. Great job.”
“Exceptional service at this establishment!! I gifted my parents a pair of Rolex's for their 38th anniversary. I don't live in Thousand Oaks--my parents do--so we stopped by today to have their bracelets fitted. The ladies here--Jeanette, Terri, Diane, and Binnie--were sooooooo nice!! Definitely the most pleasant jewelry folks I've ever met. They were incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating.
