Guests describe it as one of the better hotels on the beach, with a perfect location that is easy to park at. The facility is clean, fresh smelling, and pet friendly. Rooms are generally spacious, comfortable, calming, and wonderful, often featuring a nice fireplace and comfortable bed. Many guests would absolutely stay again and recommend it to friends and family. The staff are very courteous, helpful, and personable, making guests feel welcome. The property also features a wine tasting room with a nice lounge area. However, some areas need attention. Specific rooms, particularly room 101 advertised as ADA, are not suitable for wheelchair users due to a small bathroom and inaccessible tub. Other issues include troublesome wifi, a coffee machine not working well, and bathrooms in some rooms being disappointing with peeling wallpaper, a calcified shower head, and minor maintenance problems like a loose toilet paper holder or a problematic patio screen door. Some suites lack plates and utensils for the kitchen. Despite these areas of opportunity, the overall experience is positive, with guests noting the hotel is very nice and they will be back.
