“We had such an enjoyable experience. We went to adopt kittens, we'd been working with the foster mom for months. We got there early so we could purchase a new carrier and some other supplies. The lady at the checkout gave us scissors and offered to help us put it together. (We put it together ourselves.) The Animal Outreach employees were awesome. The whole adoption process was really easy and a lot of fun. I would totally do it again.”

“I would like to share a story with you, regarding my interactions and relationship with Signature Propane. To say the least, I have been grossly negligent in making prompt payments, and fulfilling my end of the delivery contract. Signature Propane extended grace upon grace, to ensure my propane service was not disrupted. Fast forward to October 2023. I had not made my propane payment in months, and finally, Signature Propane policy dictated that my tank would be removed, and payment due immediately. I was notified in a very professional and courteous manner, that my tank would be removed and payment was due. I made payment, but unfortunately it was too late, and I was no longer offered the tank lease option, and I had to pay in full the tank cost. I just made a call to Signature Propane this morning, and they extended yet more grace to my situation, and enabled me to retain them as my propane provider, so long as I fulfilled my end of the payment obligation. They DID NOT have to do this, and I was only met with genuine care and concern. I have entered into a trial period with Signature to ensure I fulfill my end of the payment contract agreement. They DID NOT have to do this, and had every right to take their tank away and force me to find another provider.Lessons learned and insights gleaned from Signature Propane Company:1. Signature Propane is the real deal, they care about their clients; however, it's important to reciprocate in the relationship and fulfill your obligations, like making prompt payments2. Signature Propane did not have to work with me, but they did, and they were kind and caring about it; not something you see these days3. Even when I was issued a letter about them coming to pick up their tank, they treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy4. I have the utmost respect for this company, and would encourage any resident in our area (El Dorado County) to use them as your propane provider5. In a world of cut-throat businesses, and ice cold customer service; Signature Propane really, genuinely delivers on their mission statement posted on their website, "We pride ourselves on our fair pricing and small town customer service."
