“Customer service great. However they need to update their computer systems. Everytime I go there the computer takes like 20- 30 min to load. Pet food is higher than other places.”

“Had to put down our elderly beagle as his life was becoming almost pure suffering due to his declining health, and the staff were so kind and compassionate. They didn’t rush us and let us take our time saying our goodbyes. It took us a few months to work up the courage to come back to pick up his ashes and again they were so understanding and caring. They gave us extra memorabilia that we didn’t expect upon receiving his ashes, to include a piece of set clay that had his paw print and name. It was very special and I’d highly recommend coming here for whatever your pet care needs may be.”

I have a 100 gallon tank and they have kind enough to accommodate delivery for the 100 gallon tank which is not always possible for some companies. I appreciate their team and time.”
