The initial recommendation given to us left us with some questions and concerns but Geoff was patient, helpful, and understanding of our concerns. If Undercover Boss could do an episode and reward Geoff, he would be well-deserving! This Big O store is looking for workers and in our conversation about our tire situation it came out that he had to just cancel a family trip because they are short staffed. Geoff continued to show excellent customer service despite how he must have been feeling (what human wouldn't be super bummed?). His handling of our situation ensured that we will continue to be customers of this store.”
