I walked into their business, explained my situation. They immediately sent their man to check the battery. It was indeed the problem. “I went here to get an alignment on my truck after new control arms were put on by someone else. An alignment was done but my truck still had problems so I took it back a second time and Mike worked on my truck it turned out that the bolts on the control arms weren't tightened up so they shifted so Mike fixed that issue and aligned it again I drove it and it seemed to be fine but the next day it was pulling again so I took it back and Mike took it right in realigned it and rotated the front tires now no problems. Thank you Mike for having great work ethics and customer service I will refer everyone I know to you.”

“I came in just before closing without realizing it. I was stressed as my breaks were acting up and I wasn’t sure what was wrong. I had a traumatic experience a few years back when I was traveling and my tire almost fell off while on the freeway. It was holding on by a single lug nut. This was due to an error by another place not properly putting my tries back on after working on my breaks. So to say the least I was very stressed. I also had my dog with me who has cancer and was not doing well. Marie and Eric helped me right away. They could see I was stressed and immediately started to help me. Marie went over options of leaving my car and getting it fixed the next day. Eric offered to help me get an uber and made sure they would let me take my dog in the car. The next day my car was worked on and I got new rear brakes even less than the estimate stated. I will never be going anywhere else for my tires and breaks as every single Les Schwab location I have been to has given nothing less than amazing service.”
“When I heard my brakes grinding for the first time, I knew I took it too far. I headed straight to Les Schwab and they replaced the pads, calipers and rotors. The bill ruined my day but brakes are kind of important, so what are you going to do?
When a year later I started having a separate issue with my parking brake, I went back but it was an electrical issue so I went to the dealer. When it came back again I went back to the dealer who said the calipers leaked onto the parking brake so it wouldn't be under warranty.
I called Les Schwab and they squeezed me in but there was doubt I was under warranty because it had been over a year.
Daniel took care of my car Saturday. He found the leaking calipers and dispire confirming I was over the miles for their warranty, he found that the part itself had its own warranty. So he replaced all defective and affected parts free of charge! He also adjusted the calipers on the other side that had been compensating. Daniel doesnt know how much I needed that blessing right now.
Im grateful for the work, the effort to find a warranty and for the outstanding customer service I got today. The woman who helped me at pick up was the kind of joyous that spreads. Im grateful for both of them making my day a lot less stressful.”
