My vehicle broke down on CA-1 and they were able to make it over in about 1.5 hours (reasonable given how remote I was).My driver Evan arrived at the expected time, was extremely friendly the whole time and able to get me some quick suggestions on where to take it to as well.Even though it took a little longer than expected to load and unload (as you can see he had to dig me out), they still charged me a fair price.If you're looking for an honest tow company in the area I'd recommend these guys!”

“I went there for the first time and discussed I had a leak of some kind. Ryan said they would first do a free inspection and take pictures and send them to me! This was very comprehensive. We needed new Tie rods and they first thought the leak was from the power steering which was covered in oil, after doing a dye test and doing further testing the leak was from the valve covers. They did an oil change and tire rotation and tire balance as it was needed after replacing the Tie rods. The report was very thorough, most I have ever seen. I am going back to replace the valve covers. They also cleaned and sanitized the inside front of the car! “My pickup was towed to my mechanic who because of an emergency was not there. He called for my permission to drop there and as he left the scene he saw from his mirror a person breaking in and going through my stuff. He raced back as the thief got nervous and took off. Sebastopol Tow called me as well as the police and we're both waiting for me when I arrived. Driver Ernie could have taken off but went back to guard until police arrived.
