“I had my doubts after seeing some of the recent reviews but I couldn’t be more pleased with their service this morning; I had a number of boxes to ship and the young lady was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I watched her help 4 or 5 customers before me and she was simply outstanding and couldn’t have been more efficient (multi-tasking across several customers at the same time) and friendly with each customer. Clone her approach to client service and you’ll never have a bad review in the future.”

“I absolutely love how easy and convenient this Postal Annex is. I frequently stop over on mylunch to mail packages for work, so I'm usually crunched for time. Sometimes there are quite a few people in the store, but I've never waited long. There are lots of cute trinket type things to look at while you're waiting too.I've always lucked out and gotten the same worker Krystal when I come in. She is super helpful, friendly and funny. She really interacts great with the customers! She moves fast and knows that she is doing. Great job Postal Annex!”

They had already scanned my QR code and then threw out the shipping label when I left.Fast forward next day!! I now have no QR code to scan and the package shows shipped, but I’m here at the store to ship said package.The owners dug through the trash from yesterday and found my shipping label! So impressed with their kindness and understanding.ABOVE and beyond! I will now use this UPS for everything.”
