“I don’t know where to start,Jeff is the man!! There was a problem with a package I was sending out and through no fault of this ups store the package was lost. Jeff helped me out and when the help from upper ups got slow he replaced my lost item out of pocket. He absolutely had no responsibility or reason outside of being a him being awesome to do that. I couldn’t recommend using this location enough.”

“Ana and her entire team constantly go above and beyond to make shipping with our small business simple (and even joyful)! They are incredibly hardworking, and we can always count on them to be professional, reliable, fast, and helpful. Ana also notarized my one day marriage license so that I could officiate a friend’s wedding. They make everything so easy and we would truly trust her and her team with anything and everything. We are so grateful that they are a part of our Carlsbad community.”

“Katie is absolutely amazing! I go there all the time to shop DHL, Fed Ex, and USPS and she will always greet with a smile. Any time I have called and had issues with packages that had to be set aside, she’d help with that too. They also sell lots of fun little things like candles, greeting cards, and delicious seasonings with proceeds that help out our veterans. Great local businesses!”
