“Just happened to be dropping stuff off for Amazon, like so many of us do. I was taking care of the returns myself at the self-return, and the cashier had the time to thank me for stopping by. Even though they didn't serve me. Great customer service by paying attention to who's in their building. Thank you”

Showed up for my appointment time, was seen with in a minute or two, and was done with the finger printing in less than 15 minutes from when I walked in. They made it super fast and easy.
