“I had a very positive experience with the team at the 4567 Oceanside Blvd location today.The office people were fun to talk to. They even me let me vent about my roommate issues, lol. And walked me to my unit so it would be easier to find later. I've used Extra Space a couple times over the years, and I really like the relaxed sign up process.I think the location is fairly safe crime-wise, but I don't keep a lot of valuables in mine. I use ESS for moves and temp storage, but the drive up units can get pretty hot in the summer so use some common sense for sensitive items/documents.”

“Set up a storage space reservation online. A little while later we got a call to make sure everything was right. They were happy told hold our unit until the next day. They were very couteous when we arrived, showed us the unit and then set us up with gate codes and a lock for the door.”

I enjoyed seeing the CubeSmart representatives walking the grounds. It made me feel safe keeping my stuff there. “I have a storage unit here and it's pretty safe. I left my car in there for 2 years and came back , my car was untouched. They have recently installed fire sprinklers and cameras. The manager is so friendly. She is always watching who is coming and who is going out. I feel safe with this manager being in charge. Also one advantage of this place is that all units are ground floor and the prices of this storage compare to other storage nearby is more affordable.”

“So far this place has been a really great place. There's only 1 staff member who is at the location and is completely out of line. The other staff members are purely nice!! Very communicative and trying to even help the tenants as needed/ allowed!”
“I used Taylor Storage for 4 years and the price only went up $5 during that time. I had to move out today and the key to my lock broke off in the lock and they broke the lock with a drill and cutter and didn’t charge me for the work. Great service and price I highly recommend this place to anyone”

I was in and out of the facility with minutes. I got the 5x5 and is highly satisfied with the size of the storage space and the quality is outstanding.
